Once in a year opportunity for sellers….

Supply and demand impacts the price a property sells at hugely.  There are lots of things that can be done to enhance the desirability of a property from the marketing to presentation.  There is one time of year when you can seriously tilt the balance in your favour….. CHRISTMAS.  Yes that’s right, Christmas.

We ran this campaign last year and it generated brilliant results for our clients.  There are a few key areas that we can take advantage of.

  1. Christmas Day and Boxing Day are the two busiest days of the year for people searching for property (huge demand, verified by Rightmove statistics).
  2. Huge numbers of people take their property off the market over Christmas (meaning reduced supply).

Huge numbers of sellers hold off putting their property on the market as we get closer to Christmas, giving an even lower number of available properties for buyers to look at (even further reduced supply).

So how do we take advantage of the above?  We put your property on the market just before Christmas.  This places your home on the market and into the busiest time of the year for buyers looking whilst combined with the period where there are the fewest houses available.  It’s a double whammy with supply and demand working in your favour.

We don’t have to carry out any viewings until the start of the New Year.  Few people want to be disturbed over Christmas!  But we do qualify all the leads that come in over these key days, so we are ahead of everybody else and ready to go.

Having run this campaign last year, we know it works incredibly well. Sometimes it pays to “think outside the box”.
