Another Half Iron Man Medal for Nigel

When he's not working hard selling properties, our very own Nigel likes to relax in his own way. We say relax, but his way is a bit different to most of us, he competes in Triathlons and Ironman events around Europe. Here's one of his latest photos taken on the bike leg of this three disciplined event as he raced through the new Forest last week. The race consisted of a 2K lake swim, 56 miles on the bike, finishing the race with a very hilly 13.1 mile half-marathon run. 4th in his age group, well done Nigel.
