SHE'S ONLY GONE AND DONE IT! Brewer and Brewer's own Liz Allen took up the challenge of a 24hr Cycle-a-thon. Liz started pedalling along with her fellow fundraisers on the morning of Friday 16th March at 9.30am, continued throughout the day and into the evening, then the small hours before completing the mammoth task at 9.30am on Saturday 17th March. We can't repeat her words at the end, but we think it roughly translated as.... I'm thrilled to have done it!" Well we couldn't be any prouder that a member of our team has earned her stripes and surpassed a target of £2,500 by actually raising a GRAND TOTAL in excess of £5,000 for charity! Massive congrats from us all and we hope you all enjoyed your champagne celebrations for breakfast.
