Houses for sale in Kent, firm notes
There are houses for sale in Kent, the firm responsible for their
creation has pointed out.
Commenting on its developments at Furfield Park, Queens Square and
Kings Walk in Maidstone, Taylor Wimpey noted that the residences
are selling quickly.
This means that those seeking homes in the area may have to act
quickly if they want to secure one.
Prices for the dwellings start from £194,995 and there are a
"handful" of family-sized homes available at Furfield Park, the
developer said.
Three-bedroom properties are on the market for £209,995, while
larger, four-bedroom houses are being offered from
£244,995.
All of the residences available include a garage and/or allocated
parking and come with double-glazing and fitted kitchens.
Taylor Wimpey provides a number of incentives to encourage
prospective buyers, including help with the selling of their
current dwellings.
Meanwhile, a project which will lead to more property for sale in Bristol is now continuing
following the relocation of a variety of wildlife from the building
site to the surrounding area.
