Gary Neville announces new houses for sale in Bolton
Manchester United player Gary Neville has announced he has put up
seven houses for sale in Bolton.
The football star has placed the new-build homes on the Harwood
estate on the market as part of a new property venture.
One of the houses for sale includes his own mansion, which features
seven bedrooms and an indoor swimming pool.
The remaining six properties are based on Neville's grounds and
range from small cottages to larger family homes.
They all boast designer fittings and contemporary kitchen and
bathroom suites and can be kitted out in the colours of Neville's
football team strip.
Last month, the Manchester United captain had his plans to build a
'Teletubbies' house rejected by members of Bolton Council's
planning committee.
The proposals for the underground mansion were scrapped after
formal objections were received from locals in response to the
128-foot wind turbine that Neville intended to build on the
site.
